Spring has finally sprung, and with it some new opportunities for enjoying your yoga!

Why not try Hot Yoga?

I’m now teaching at Hot Yoga Markham (http://www.hotyogamarkham.com/) every Monday morning, 9:30am-11am. Hot Yoga Markham is at the corner of Warden and Hwy 7, ideal for those of you who live in Markham or north Toronto. If you’ve never tried hot yoga, you’re in for a treat. It treats common conditions like stress, insomnia, and sports injuries by easing mental tension, promoting joint and muscle flexibility, and releasing toxins. Drop by for a class and I promise you won’t regret it!

Private Classes at Pure Fitness

Also new this spring are private yoga classes at the Pure Fitness club (Eglinton Ave E. and Brentcliffe Rd). These classes are held at the Pure Fitness studio, a lovely facility with hardwood floors and lots of natural light. Privates and semi-privates are intended primarily for club members, but you can still book even if you’re not a member (you may have to pay an additional fee, however). Contact me at ishtamyoga@rogers.com for more information, or you can call the club at 416-429-7873.

Of course, if you have space to practice in your home, I can come to you for private yoga rather than you going to a studio. Because we’re using your space instead of the club’s, the rates are very reasonable.
